We are a full-service Houston-based CNC machine shop that handles all grades of machinable metal and plastic from custom prototype fabrication to production runs.

PV American, Inc. provides a full range of machining (subtractive manufacturing) services, including, CNC (and manual) lathes, mills, and wire/plunge EDM’s. Although we primarily manufacture small to medium sized Tier 1 parts, our equipment and our expertise can handle larger parts (approximate envelope: Ø25.0” up to 100.0” Long – depending on diameter/length ratio), and we are open to projects of all sizes and complexity and can accommodate any production run. We are happy to help our customers in all possible ways, including with critical deadlines and design enhancements or improvements as well as repairs.

PV American, Inc. is committed to on-time delivery. Our Shipping / Receiving department takes pride in the thorough and careful handling of all shipments that enter and leave our facility. We keep a large stock of boxes, tubes, and other various shipping materials. To serve the needs of our customers we have a HYUNDAI 6500 Lb. Capacity forklift, 2024 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a 2020 Nissan NV200.
